1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the Sponsor will provide financial support for the Youth Leadership Development Program in exchange for benefits outlined in the sponsorship package selected.

2. Sponsorship Details

2.1 Sponsorship Package

The Sponsor agrees to provide financial support as outlined in the selected sponsorship package:

-Community Sponsor: $350

-Bronze Sponsor: $750

-Gold Sponsor: $2,000

-Platinum Sponsor: $5,000

2.2 Sponsorship Benefits

The Organizer agrees to provide the benefits as detailed in the selected sponsorship package, including but not limited to:

-Logo placement.
-Social media and newsletter mentions.
-Participation in StageOneInAction TV segments (if applicable).
-Other benefits outlined in the sponsorship package.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed immediately upon checkout through VerilyAssist, the official marketing and program development company for StageOneInAction.

Accepted payment methods include Credit Card or other electronic payment options available on the website.

4. Obligations of the Organizer

The Organizer will fulfill all benefits as outlined in the sponsorship package.The Organizer will provide the Sponsor with:A detailed schedule of promotional activities.A post-event summary highlighting the Sponsor’s impact and benefits delivered.The Organizer retains sole control over the design and placement of Sponsor-related materials to ensure alignment with program goals.

5. Obligations of the Sponsor

The Sponsor agrees to:Provide all required marketing materials, including:

Physical Materials: Items for gift bags must be delivered no later than January 31, 2025, to the following address:

Digital Materials: Logos and other digital assets must be emailed to [email protected].
Adhere to branding guidelines provided by the Organizer.The Sponsor acknowledges that failure to provide materials on time may delay or limit the delivery of certain benefits.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence upon the Sponsor’s acknowledgment via the checkbox and remain in effect until all benefits have been delivered.Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations. In the event of termination by the Sponsor:No refunds will be provided if benefits have already been delivered. In the event of termination by the Organizer:A prorated refund will be issued based on the benefits delivered to date.

7. Use of Sponsor Materials

The Organizer may use the Sponsor’s logo and marketing materials solely for purposes related to the sponsorship benefits outlined in this Agreement.The Sponsor warrants that all materials provided are free from copyright or trademark infringement.

8. Indemnification

The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, VerilyAssist, and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the Sponsor’s materials or actions related to this Agreement.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement and any related proprietary information confidential, except as required by law or with written consent.

10. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Acknowledgment

By selecting a sponsorship package and checking the acknowledgment box, the Sponsor agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. No physical signature is required.
